Pros
1) If u like responsibility, this is the company you can consider. 2) Average Package in Industry. 3) You will be getting verity of work i.e Sales, Service, Analytics, Muelsoft etc. 4) Open Environment you can seek help from anyone, Everybody is ready to help each other. 5) Management is easy to reach. 6) I haven't seen any politics as of now.
Cons
1) Depending on the project you might need to work on weekends. but situations are not same all the time. 2) This company also do body shopping in case someone does not like. 3) They are still grooming on some of the good Industry practices.
