Lack of Vision of Management, hasteful decision making, HR people are doing firefighting rather than employee development, Subsideries have been taking the head office for ride for years and head office is not doing much to solve the problem. The organisational hierarchy changes more than twice a year due to high attrition, Capable people are being let go and the low output people are there for more than a decade. Overall there is very little to attract good talent. Even if it is acquired, they are not able to retain talented people longer.
