      As a fresher you will get to learn a lot. As a fresher a good starting salary you can expect. nothing else comes in mind

      Cons

      A lot many...... Like Not good infrastructure for developer to sit. No hygiene. The same products running since the company started. Low salary packages after years passes. Team Lead/Tech Head very diplomatic and selfish. HR/Admin are of no use.

      it is the nice company for the freshers. who can start their carrier over here.

      Cons

      salary is not ontime. inmcrement is not in good way. timings are not on frequent basis.
