Cons
No process for anything (You get a vague requirement, make it live this week). Higher management is just too dumb to manage a tech company. Senior tech leads know less than a 2 yrs experienced engineer. Excessive overtime culture (even till morning next day) without pay or comp-off. No vision on the product 5 years down the line, they are busy in earning short term chillars. No eye for quality, they just want to get live by EOD, no matter what toll it takes in terms of security or reputation. Forget product guys, they exist only to draw salaries and lick boots. High disparity in salaries at same level or different levels. Very bad Canteen, no facilities.
