Pros

Majority of employees were great to work with. Decent work/life balance - never declined vacation or sick days. Enjoyed the work I was hired for.

Cons

No chance to build a career - skillset, improvement, and over-achievments account for nothing in the end. Uncompetitive and undercut salary in comparison to other companies even within Orlando. Execs' business strategy seem to be oversell their core staff on work, then hire a bunch of staff to fill that work, then lay all those staff off (sometimes even more) when work is complete. Above business strategy seems to be a constant as the company goes through mass-layoffs every 3 to 5 years, President will literally ignore you when saying "Hello" or "Good morning" if you're not already 'buddy buddy' with him. Understandable with hundreds of staff, but this is less than 100 people; maybe 20 in-office. Inexcusable. Non-competes are rediculous and should be illegal - you will have to sign one. Management and execs provide zero transparency, seem to be flying by the seat of their pants. Their "work-place culture" died in 2020. There is no culture, just a machine that expects you to be the same.

Pros

Interesting work. Lots in the defense sector - some of the most interesting platforms out there - ground vehicles, jets, rotary wing training systems. Growing and pursuing new work. Senior / executive management very accessible and they even know my name!

Cons

We are fairly small so some limitations on what we can do, but the company stresses innovation. Sometimes with downturns in the market they undergo RIF’s but no more than other companies in the market.

Pros

Art team / engineering was cool. Really liked collaboration with them.

Cons

Turnover was astounding. 1 person left every 2 months. Upper management was mostly cool, except one founder. Pay was drastically low for artists. Sometimes annual raises would not happen, and it was NOT art's fault. It may have been that no new yearly revenue would happen, as the tech at this company is very outdated & not innovative. They do not UV map, only FLATTEN MAPPING, then move on. They don't care about the art or artists, just the PS-2 looking bottom line.
