Very sad. - Language Services Dialectica Employee Review

- Chaotic upper management - Incompetent middle management - Massive layoffs in the language service team only a year after they had decided to expand it - Reached out to those who were fired to ask them if they would be interested to come back (lol) due to: - increased demand - not enough manpower to handle said demand - underestimated the amount of work needed for each product - though AI could replace employees, but it wasn't ready yet to support this kind of accuracy they need. - ended up outsourcing (lol) - Low pay And the list goes on...
