Pros

This is a growing company, so if that moment can be held, there may be some exciting opportunities in the near future. The management team is very open and so the transparency of the company direction is fantastic.

Cons

The Company is spread out across the country, which makes it difficult to connect easily with your entire team. Junior support positions are low paying. Combining the geographic diversity with a wide range of personalities and skill sets and remembering that the job is managing client issues seems to contribute to less than enthusiastic morale. I would recommend only being in a support position if you have a game plan for advancing your career quickly in the organization.

Pros

When I first started the company had a great culture and awesome potential but as time moved on and the company started seeing less sales the focus was taken off the employees and on to how to make more money. A decent work-life balance, allowed to work remotely and understanding of personal life situations. They have very knowledgeable consultants for implementations.

Cons

Low on the salary scale. Doesn't listen to newer employees and often favors senior employees. From a development perspective they are lost. Lack of proper/mature management really hinders progress. To many broken modules that constantly need band aid's. Lacks understanding of software development process. Depending on where you are in the company communication is lacking. Upper management likes to form company structure around personal benefits rather than what is best for the company. They say they are employee focused but really they are only focused on the bottom line. On several occasions have been known to unethically push people out to hire more "experienced" staff. To much "corporate" structure
