Cons
Managers, they believe that a 1970s office mentality is still a way to thrive in the 21st century. They are unbelievably out of touch with their teams and spout how they would listen to their team but don't relay it further. Flexibility was taken away from all, they try to be relatable to families but did they ever need to pay their entire weekly salary to keep their children in day care? They made a company wide standard for everyone to be in the office 4 days a week, but other teams decided against this movement, yet some teams were still forced to come in and were told it was "inclusive of all staff". Look around. No it isn't.
