      Business is family owned and dedicated to the success of its employees. Good pay for entry-level administrators still in college. A great place to hone your skill set and develop yourself.

      Must be available to work all weekends.

      Pros

      Great leadership, strong market share, and a lot of resources for the sales people. Being a realtor is a very flexible career in which your success is completely dependent on your own efforts. Dickson Realty will help you learn all the tools, but you have to choose how to implement them and create your own success. Don't look at this as a "job" look at it as running your own business.

      It's difficult to maintain consistent and predictable income in this business.
