      Pros

      The company culture is awesome, backed by everyone. The colleagues are a strong point, everybody is great. You get recognized by the job you do, you get encouraged to do courses to improve your knowledge, not only to perform better at your position, but to aim for higher ones. Leadership is always accessible and nice. It's one of the best places I've worked.

      Pros

      work flair when hired is decent Remote work is ok

      Cons

      - no covered holidays - no contribution to health insurance - Ridiculous amount of micromanaging ( you cant go to the bathroom without them knowing) - Worse documentation ive ever come across - Low compensation for the work they want you to do - Management is more like a frat house and they hire a bunch of "nerds" to handle the real work - Management cant handle critiquing - sells false hopes and dreams with no hope of actually following through
