      ---> You get chance to work with newer technologies. ---> Able to understand end to end Product development cycle ---> Good Mentors/Managers ---> Individual Contributor ---> Nice R&D Team and Lab ---> If you start as HW Engineer or FW Engineer then it's amazing place to begin your career. Forgot to include CAD engineer and Application engineer as well. ---> No Politics ---> It's pioneered in RFID, Telecom and Industrial Automation.

      ---> Size of the company (No. of employess) ---> Operates in small place ---> Might be salary if your expectation are high ---> Sales/Marketing

      Pros

      Work with challenging End to End technologies with divisions in Hardware design and fabrication, firmware, application and marketing. Small company but with good corporate policies. Good work environment. Management open to views from Engineers. Directed as a single unit. I always knew what other divisions were doing and how that fit into my work. This is not something you get to know in an MNC. Worked on building cutting edge remote sensing solutions in telecom and other infrastructure industries.

      Pros

      Rich Work culture. A great place to work where you can learn latest technologies. A standard Product development company with lot of opportunities for innovation. A company that really cares about their employees

      Cons

      I have nothing to comment on. This company have great potential to expand their team to a huge extent. Hopefully this will happen!
