      You can be placed with a super impressive campaign or you might be placed with a somewhat chaotic campaign as most are relatively small congressional campaigns.

      Amazing company. Really cares about employees. Takes time to train. Pays well.

      Cons

      Really any con I can think of is more about campaign life (moving across the country in less than a month and finding your own housing etc.) and not a Digidem specific issue. Digidems is amazing.

      I love their culture and their ability to provide you with lots of resources for career growth after each political cycle.

      No major drawbacks, but you always need to stay prepared since the work is primarily contract-based.
