From day one I immediately felt like I belong to the team. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and the managers (mine was John at the time) are super supportive and put my learning first, teaching me the ins and outs of marketing, Web and App development. As one of my first full time office-based roles, learning was crucial and DigiGround has created an environment that fosters learning and career development. As a agency, Im grateful for the tonnes of experience I received while serving many different clients within a broad range of different industries. Highly recommend DigiGround for people who are interested in app development and want to learn and build on their career.
Cons
As a startup with limited staff (at the time) with many clients on board the role can be quite challenging. Constantly multitasking was a necessity, and every day was always different.
