Salary management is the biggest issue at this company. Salaries are consistently delayed by a full month, which is completely unacceptable in any professional environment. Employees are left without basic financial stability, which directly impacts morale and productivity. There is little to no communication from management regarding these delays—no clear reasons, no timelines, and no accountability. Every month comes with uncertainty, creating a stressful and unhealthy work environment. Work expectations remain high, yet the organization fails to meet its most basic obligation: paying employees on time. This breaks trust and reflects poorly on overall management practices. If you value financial stability and a professional work culture, this is not a place I would recommend.
