Pros

Can add a job in your resume. Meet some good, talented people.

Cons

Management is the problem. There is no proper division of labor. Too much confusion created by upper management due to micromanaging and interfering into technical tasks. Meetings arranged at odd times and on weekends, no respect given to your time. Almost all the time you will find yourself confused about what you are supposed to do. In meetings you will find monetary discussions related to company, how company is doing well, when they don't realize they are still expecting you to work for free.

Pros

leadership always pushed to do better and it complimented my work ethic because finding ways to make something exactly perfect and always getting feedback is needed for growth, especially as an intern

Cons

I think having a different approach in terms of managing employees is needed in order to help with the burnout and rehiring rate

Pros

The clients were interesting, and the exposure to digital strategy work across different industries could have been valuable under better leadership.

Cons

- Digital Factory operated like a company permanently stuck in startup mode, never moving past its own confusion. - Projects began with big ideas but were constantly rewritten before anything meaningful could be completed. - Expectations shifted without warning, leaving employees scrambling to adjust while previous work was tossed aside. - Weeks blurred together under constant change, making real progress impossible. - The pace was frantic, but the direction was nonexistent, creating the illusion of productivity while nothing truly advanced. - Watching smart, capable people waste effort on plans that were doomed to be reworked or abandoned was incredibly frustrating. - What could have been an innovative and creative place to grow turned into an exhausting loop of disorganization and disappointment.
