Very relaxed open environment. Your voice will be heard at this company. Its nearly impossible to get the boot.
Cons
Lack of team work across departments. Emphasis is on the individual, rather than a team. Very poor project management and communication from pm's and supervisors. Lack of technical understanding. No consideration for learning styles.
