      Stable product, good compensation package, nice environment and opportunities to grow inside de company

      Cons

      No business mid-term vision, company switches focus every 3-4 months. CTO changes engineering department organisation constantly and completely fails to deliver any kind of technical leadership.

      Not experienced management Promotes doing what you are said instead of thinking about solutions as an engineer. Priorities changing everyday Fired most of former employees.
