Good work-life balance, but evolving processes can frustrate - Software Engineer Digital Position Employee Review

The team is amazing and they really do hire the best people. As far as agency work goes, this is the first place I’ve worked at where everyone from the CEO down truly cares about client success. Supportive, empathetic, and humble management at all levels. Work is challenging but enjoyable, and it’s a great place to grow your skill set. Everyone wants to be better here. They hire proactively so you don’t get burnt out with client work. Supportive of employees goals. Good pay and flexible schedule. Not micromanaged in the least. Everyone is respectful of your time. Upper management really seems to care about you on a personal level.

Growing company so processes change, but that’s typical. PTO package could be better but flexible schedule makes up for that for the most part. Lots of hires are from employee referrals which is great for culture fit but can lead to a lack of staff diversity.

They're flexible and communicative. I learned a lot as I started my career there.
