Pros
Working for Digital Position is hands down the best job I've ever had. Leadership is friendly and humble; masters of their craft but committed to getting feedback on their direction and style. They listen closely and adjust to the needs of the employees, not the other way around. They encourage employees to be the best they can be, but will also heavily emphasize and endorse work/life balance. You can feel how much time and effort was dedicated to cultivating an amazing culture. I look forward to work every day. Not only is the team friendly, supportive, and open to new ideas, but they are also some of the most skilled and intelligent people I've ever met. Not knowing something is viewed at as an opportunity, not a shortcoming. The job is fully remote, but the company holds an annual summit where the team is flown out and boarded so we can all spend a few days together and talk about the direction of the company. Coffee breaks (to get to know your team members), games/activities, and team/department meetings are all held regularly via video conferences. All in all, I can't speak highly enough about Digital Position.
Cons
The only thing I could see potentially being a con is if you're someone who enjoys an office with in-person interaction. That said, this is not a con specific to the company but more so just remote work in general.
