Pros

I think the people overall are nice and helpful. At least the employees at the bottom level are. Few good people can't float the boat and they soon quit. I am sure they are more valued at other organizations.

Cons

The culture around the company is bad. CEO just doesn't care about the smooth work culture. People constantly are in the meetings but there is hardly anything fruitful comes out. Stupidest and most arrogant people are employed at the managerial positions who don't have a slightest of the idea of what is going on or how to handle teams. Very low salary doesn't help either. No bonus, no good vacation time and mindless chatter about stupid stuff. I was glad to get out of the place.

Pros

Working at Digital Room has truly been an incredible experience. I'm so grateful to be part of such a supportive and talented team. The culture here is welcoming, collaborative, and feels like family - everyone genuinely cares about one another and works together to achieve shared goals. The leadership team is amazing; they inspire, guide, and empower us to do our best work every day. It's rare to find a company where you feel both valued and challenged in such a positive way, but Digital Room has created exactly that kind of environment. I'm proud to be part of this team!

Cons

So far, nothing negative to say.

Pros

Digital Room LLC is a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you can learn a lot quickly, especially if you’re adaptable and willing to jump into different tasks. The company has some good people, and many employees genuinely care about their work and want to succeed.

Cons

However, there are several areas where the organization could improve. The vacation and holiday time are below average compared to many companies in the industry, which can make it hard to maintain a healthy work-life balance—especially in a plant environment where schedules are tight. Training is another area that needs attention. New employees often feel underprepared, and training can vary significantly depending on which supervisor or department you’re placed with. Favoritism can also be an issue, and at times it seems like opportunities, assignments, or corrective actions are not always handled consistently. Leadership quality can be hit or miss. While some leaders are supportive and knowledgeable, others can be unprofessional or inconsistent in communication and expectations. This can lead to confusion and frustration among employees who are just trying to do their jobs. Overall, Digital Room LLC has potential and some solid team members, but improvements in training, leadership professionalism, and fairer policies, along with enhancing PTO and holiday benefits, would go a long way toward making it a better place to work.
