      There's a clear feeling of team work and everyone thrives for the better of the company. The environment is very friendly and flexible Project are very interesting and there's a lot of room to grow

      There's a clear separation between HeadQuarters and other areas so if you trying to create impact being away from HQ is a challenge

      Product is technically advanced and well tested Very little competition on the market (mostly build-it-yourself)

      Cons

      Company hired me in April 2026 and let me go 7 months later. No warning, no PIP, nothing but enthusiasm for my performance all along. Completely unexpected and undeserved. After threatening a lawsuit, they changed my reason for termination from “poor performance” to “corporate layoff”.
