They offer hybrid working to accomodate both office and home working, Management are flexible when it comes to time off / appointments and foster a fun / comfortable working environment where you feel comfortable to speak to your line manager. When working in the office everyone has the opportunity to get together and have a chat at lunch whilst listening to music and playing games. The CEO and CTO are very approchable and often sit with staff to talk and sometimes treat staff to lunch. From my interview to employment i have always felt valued and what was offered and spoke of has come to be. They are always open to new ideas and want to hear our perspectives so they can always improve their company service for their customers and staff.

Honestly currently i cannot say there are any con's.

- Small company, room to promote. - Good base salary - attentive management - hybrid

- very antisocial hours (inc night shifts) - not fully remote requirement to be in the office 2 days per week. - laptops are cheap which makes work difficult.
