Digitalent is unique as an agency since every employee genuinely loves helping their clients and their candidates. Most agencies are cold environments where you're strictly focused on putting up the biggest numbers by any means possible, even if it means stepping over your coworkers in order to get there. At Digitalent, everyone works collaboratively and has their teammates back, and we work to come up with the best possible solutions for our customers even if it means losing a placement or two. Plus they have an amazing work environment. Everyone is self-motivated and has tremendous internal drive, so management focuses strictly on mentoring and training rather than cracking the whip. I've also never worked at a place that has more fun and emotionally stable at the same time. Not only is there no drama, but everyone has a great sense of humor and is constantly joking and laughing together. Plus we jointly celebrate all our victories as a company over events such as dining out at great restaurants, happy hours, karaoke and annual trips to Mexico.
Cons
They set a very high bar for both performance and cultural fit when comes to hiring new employees. Therefore hiring new folks is a slow process, and ultimately why they haven't grown as quickly as some of their competitors. That being said they are committed to continual growth, and developing their leadership team from within. Therefore those that are fortunate to join Digitalent are treated like family, and their loyalty and commitment to their growth and prosperity is beyond compare.
