Almost Not Worth It - Anonymous employee Digitech Computer Employee Review

Management is rude, condescending, and have no flexibility in scheduling. If you feel like your department won't be that way, assume it will be because I thought the same. Pay sucks & only yearly raises. They give no feedback to new hires about how good/bad they are doing.
