Highly unprofessional company. Digitide has serious issues with payroll accuracy and employee treatment. Work-life balance is poor, and even in regular months, salary discrepancies were common. In my case, two working days were incorrectly marked as LOP. Despite providing correct data and repeated follow-ups with managers and team leads, the payment was never processed—not even during my Full & Final settlement. This clearly shows negligence and lack of accountability towards employees’ rightful earnings. Extremely frustrating experience.
