      Pros

      Almost exclusively work from home with occasional in person team days. Fantastic online collaboration with wonderful colleagues. Nice bonus structure that incentivises driving the best performance.

      Cons

      Everyone hired is essential so there are no backups. Work can pile up especially when you miss a day.
