      Totally committed staff and being able to see the difference their solutions make to customers. Staff are empowered to take responsibility and ownership of their product domains.

      Cons

      Keeping across all the different industry groups that Dimension Software service. The software is totally configurable, it applies to any industry taking advantage of and using an OSIsoft PI historian.
