The company cannot decide on a strategy. It is family owned, and the owner indulges his son's wasteful spending of company resources on unprofitable CRM infrastructure that is inappropriate for the type of business they are in. This has led to loss of senior leadership, as they cannot afford good help. The model seems to be to hire young people, pay them below industry average, offer below industry average benefits, burn them out, then hire again.
