Pros

The pros of this job are getting to drive / jumpstart some powerful or rare cars during the week as well as on Auction Day. After months of working, you'll be offered supplementary benefits at some point.

Cons

The pay never raises, the environment can be very toxic at times - they try to fight you to keep you through and not eat a lunch break because "part time" even though 6+ hour workdays. high-drama coworkers staff and mgmt can be extremely unprofessional Most senior citizens are coworkers, some of them talk WAY too much politics on the job Lead drivers can be annoying

Pros

Our local branch treated us fair always thankful for our efforts. Issues were handled properly. I truly enjoyed working for her. Could drive nicest cars. Leadership here, local office, is top notch the administration will get out and do whatever is needed.

Cons

Company employees are under paid. GM is over worked and UNDER paid in my eyes! No where to grow with company, unless you are family. Regional Management is not helpful at all and couldn’t hold conversation with the workers. Sad they are never there to support big events like car shows special sales or large orders.
