Pros
I got to work independently with no one standing over my shoulders. I would have loved to work in the Logistics department the management style and the entire group are very professional.
Cons
In my department we had no strong leadership and nothing is confidential . If you talk with manager in certain departments others will know. Friends hiring friends in positions that they are truly not qualified to be. Upper management only believing managers who 99.9% do no tell the truth and other managers cover bad treatment of employees up. HR does not operate like a real HR because they are just as bad if not worst with telling untruths.
