I recently had a very disappointing experience with Direct Components. Without any prior notice or valid reason, I was abruptly fired from my position. This was extremely distressing and unprofessional. The Human Resources department at Direct Components is particularly problematic. They exhibited toxic behavior, were unapproachable, and created a hostile work environment. Communication was often poor, and there was a lack of transparency regarding company policies and decisions. Overall, the work environment at Direct Components is unhealthy and demoralizing.
