      Pros

      I have been working with the company now for some 12 years. I have loved every minute of my job, and the opportunities which have been available to me, for progression and training. The company have always been supportive of my needs. Overall the company is open to changing, innovating with the times and is always looking for staff input for new ideas.

      Cons

      Only downside is that we don't have a staff car park - but there are ways round this, and local public transport is overall very reliable.

      Pros

      There are some really nice people on the shop floor.

      Cons

      Everything about this company is vile. The pay is abysmal, they lie about the job in the interview. The managers are plain nasty and dishonest too. I think the positive reviews on here are created by management desperate to make the place look less bad than it is. I would give no stars if I could.
