Account Manager - Anonymous employee Direct Response Media Employee Review

The owners care about their employees as people. They are understanding and nice. They try to make the work environment non stressful/boring and fun.

As with most Direct Response Media buying, the job is PAINFULLY boring. Not to mention I was hired and they gave me no work to do and no training and then laid me off. Extrememly unorganized and do not balance workloads among employees.
