Waste of time - Anonymous employee Direct Response Media Group Employee Review

Being spoken to like a piece of meat by certain sales team members. Constant micromanaging. Inability to recognize employees who have worked very hard for this company, years in fact, yet when they choose to leave; for a company that would take their career to a different level. They are ignored and do not receive the recognition they deserve. Extremely strong personalities that crush other peoples ideas with their own repetitive, out dated works of "art". High turnover. If you speak poorly about sales, you will not be heard. Instead you will get a copy of a phrase stating HR is there for you...yet the previous HR left because nothing was being done about the inappropriate comments and gestures. There is a video of one of the sales guys dancing on a table dry humping the air and dancing like a stripper....this was at one of the sales meetings...If you are a female I advise you to wear pants and a turtle neck.
