      Pros

      Good pay for a very small company- that's about it.

      Cons

      Bad turn over, not just for contractors. Micromanaging to the level of unprofessionalism. Very offended by being called a "small company." Diversity is really low there, was present for a display of racism by CEO. Very "boy's clubb-ish."

      Lots of food, good people, caring environment that puts people first.

      Can be understaffed and over demanding very quickly when too many projects come in at once.

      Pros

      Can be a stepping stone. Only reason why it gets two stars.

      Cons

      The one word I would use to describe this company is “shady”. Management manipulates the testimony of one employee to terminate another employee they don’t like. Saw it happen several times. This type of management style trickles down to know the rest of the company operates
