Pros
Flexible hours, great pay, knowledgable staff, up to date staff/client portal tech and other amenities make this virtual office an amazing opportunity for the right self-motivated person. Ramp up time can be fast for those that have the ability to apply the proper skill set. The entire staff is friendly and willing to work as a team. Some travel may be necessary, usually to a nice location. Our product is something to be proud of and helps families on a generational level. We are a young company growing fast!
Cons
Working with FINRA/SEC guidelines can be daunting sometimes. Virtual office life is right for some but others don't have the self motivation to stay with it. Ramp up time can take a while for those that have trouble adapting to new systems and procedures.
