Pros
DM2.0 has the best work environment in the Tampa Bay area out of any company that I have experienced so far. Over the years I've been on the hunt for a place that had great work/life balance, as well as giving you freedom and opportunity to grow as a member of a team all working together to reach a goal together. With Dm2.0 that's exactly what you'll find. They're a great group of people with a lot of heart and talent that are sure to go far.
Cons
As a smaller company that's still growing this does mean that you have to be able to adapt quickly to change and the 'growing pains' that come with that environment. If you can step up to the plate for your own responsibilities and also have faith in your team to do their part, then this is a con that can be overcome.
