Excellent work culture, a fast pace, many opportunities to learn and grow, great co-workers, flexibility with schedules and PTO, ability to self manage tasks and organize your time.

A con for some people might be that employees are expected to drive tasks and meet deliverables with little oversight, and need to be very self-motivated and organized.

Fast paced environment so there is potential to learn new skills. There are some nice people here, but they are overshadowed by the negativity.

This is the most toxic work environment I've ever experienced. Management only cares about a handful of engineers and treats the rest of their staff terribly. HR micromanages everything, including what time you get to work, how long your lunch break is, and what time you leave. If you are looking for a place that you can grow, do not waste your time here. They are only interested in saving money and hiring people for as cheap as possible.
