DVS is a revolving door of poor management decisions. Leadership does not take responsibility for their own actions and openly blames others for the fall out of their own emotionally based decisions. The CEO is a manipulative chess player. The COO has anger management issues and never allows anyone else to speak. The VP of Finance is self absorbed and is so much in every other department’s business that he doesn’t do his own job and uses co-workers as his personal therapist.
