      Pros

      relaxed environment, appreciated by upper management, flexible, great co-workers that work as a team to get jobs accomplished, direct access to developers to discuss enhancements in the product, which allows for challenges to be addressed quickly as well, understanding and supportive with "mom" schedules, encourages and values family life, encouraged to "be fit" and stay healthy with a variety of team sports to partake in throughout the week with discounted gym membership option

      Cons

      always out of nutty bars in the vending machine, plenty of trail mix. COME ON!

      Excellent work environment, Flexibility, Promotes Healthy Lifestyle & Great Benefits.

      Cons

      Not sure why all the negative reviewers would stay at Dirxion for 8,10 years plus if Sales, Nepotism, Lack of Leadership, etc... were issues. Your job search should have started years ago!

      Pros

      Decent benefits, great coworkers! I worked here for a long time and for the most part enjoyed it. Work atmosphere can be great and flexible hours are great too.

      Cons

      The pay at Dirxion starts out decent but don't expect a raise. You WILL go years without seeing a raise or even a cost of living increase unless you work in sales or are related to the CEO. The CEO is one of the founders of the company and really wants it to feel like a family but he is extremely immature and can and will berate you or talk behind your back if you disagree with him, it's like working with a insecure older brother.
