Continuous ownership from day one has kept the company from varying off track. Settling for status quo for the product offerings is not an option.

I would encourage others to work in a more corporate environment first to fully appreciate the environment they work in.

Decent benefits, great coworkers! I worked here for a long time and for the most part enjoyed it. Work atmosphere can be great and flexible hours are great too.

The pay at Dirxion starts out decent but don't expect a raise. You WILL go years without seeing a raise or even a cost of living increase unless you work in sales or are related to the CEO. The CEO is one of the founders of the company and really wants it to feel like a family but he is extremely immature and can and will berate you or talk behind your back if you disagree with him, it's like working with a insecure older brother.
