Pros
Its a great stepping stone for a short-term, starting career person. There are glimpses of professionalism. The meetings, nonsensical work structure, and simple-minded employees will make you prepared for your next job. Productions boss Andrew is extremely knowledgeable, and EPP's boss Lori is an angel. If you can work in EPP, it isn't a bad job at all.
Cons
It's a mid-size company with very limited room to advance- that's if there is an opportunity for you at all. The company's prime was in the early 2000's, everyone will talk about how great the company WAS.... It's on the decline now. There is way too much pressure, and irrational penalties for making mistakes. Because of this pressure- there is a fear across the company, and as a result nobody likes to take responsibility for anything. Prepare to fend for yourself, against incompetent people who refuse to understand your side, will throw you under the bus, and never defend you at all (If you are strong willed and can speak up this shouldn't be an issue).
