Company spends more on booze and weekly parties rather than employee development. Unorganized company strategy. No direction of proper project execution. They are always doing things in the 11th hour to meet deadlines. Stresses teams and shifts blames. Good recommendations are never taken into account. Management decides what to do when they feel like it. No direction or execution plans.

Excellent work environment. Excellent Benefits, summer hours, discounted rate at the gym, competitive compensation package, access to executives.

Company changes direction quickly and without proper notice or focus and consistently understaffed. Changes to the platform take too long and clients are impatient waiting on features to be launched.
