Work Life Balance, great team, amazing clients

No cons to speak of

The company offers services across several areas including: custom software development, digital marketing and IT/Hosting solutions. As an employee, you get to work on a variety of different projects for clients using the latest and greatest tools out there. There is virtually no internal "red tape" and things get done very quickly and teams work together to offer the best solution possible to the client. Many small teams may overlap depending on the project or client, so many of the employees get to work together and prevents people from working in silos. The company offers a great work/life balance and tends to hire more senior level people who do not need much oversight and know what they need to do to complete the project. They also do a lot of fun activities for employees like catered lunches, offsite team-building (Escape Rooms, Go carts, etc) and are also supportive of pursuing any certifications that are relevant to your role. Clients get access to a team of experienced and dedicated technologists who really enjoy the work that they do and are always looking for ways to automate or improve a process. Executive leadership is easy to work with, has an open door policy and really cares for their employees.

Due to the size and structure of the company, there is always the opportunity to grow from a technology perspective, but not a lot of opportunity to get into a position where you are managing large groups of people since most teams work fairly autonomously and are senior level employees. There can be a lot of projects to juggle at any given time, but you will never be bored or have a shortage of work.
