This is a mom & pop shop. They hire interns and fresh grads to save money and overwork them to make unrealistic promises to customers. They are consistently understaffed. Owner has his hands in a dozen small and mostly failing businesses that occupy the same work areas. Owner's pet projects come before all money making projects. Direction and focus changes often. High turnover.
