Nothing much to share here. Fair amount of exposure if someone is new to the field, else all routine day to day tasks. More of a copy-pasting content job rather than any novel contributions from the SMEs.

Poor management and the founder's direct indulgence. Less than average pay No recognition of your work or talent No pay hike or support Leave structure pathetic High-pressure all the time to produce error-free work which is ironical.

Really good work culture overall. Managers are easy to talk to and actually listen. You get room to learn and grow
