We are extremely sorry if this has been your experience at Dispelix. The accusations you are making here are very severe and even aggressive, and we feel sorry that you have not raised these while you worked at Dispelix. We take pride in that our management is down-to-earth, open to feedback, and providing feedback. Dispelix complies with the law, and professional behavior and communication are the standards in the company. Dispelix is indeed a Finnish tech company and its headquarter is in Finland. Our company culture, however, is based on universal values (innovation & improvement, collaboration, agility and flexibility, courage and self-guidance, and success).
