Thank you for taking the time to provide a review for Displays2go. We always look to learn and improve and are very much open to feedback. There should be some clarification around some of the statements you have provided in your feedback. Our parent company TAKKT, has made significant investments to major projects driven by Displays2go since 2012. This includes new systems, new equipment and new offices to name just a few. As a former long term employee, you are aware over the last few years our Leadership Team has spent a great deal of time and effort to entirely transform our culture. One that focuses on integrity, innovation, collaboration to inspire our leaders, empower our teams and embrace the mindset of failing fast to learn faster. Displays2go's fast-paced, values-driven and dynamic work environment may not be for everyone. We appreciate your taking the time to write a review and wish you the best of luck with future endeavors.

Pros

Primarily work from home, some nice coworkers, generally easy work but it can be repetitive.

Cons

They don’t disclose that the position is temp-to-perm until you’re presented with an offer. On top of that, before your 60 days are even up, if you end up with a manager who lacks patience, you can be let go for “not being where you should be ,” despite receiving no real support, guidance, constructive feedback, or a fair opportunity to be properly evaluated. I felt like accepting this job was such a waste of time. They sell signs, it’s not rocket science, but they will micromanage you to the point that it feels that way at times.
