1. Collaborative and supportive work environment. If you ever ask for help, no one shies from helping you, whether within the team or cross-functional teams. 2. No micro-management. It is even mentioned in the offer letter that they don't support micro-management and expect their employees to be accountable for their work. 3. You do not have to create excuses to take leave. If you have leave balances, you get your leaves granted without any questions, unless they are long periods of absence. 4. Good work-life balance 5. Cons
1. Recent layoffs. This has been a great worry for me in terms of job security. 2. Pay could be better 3. Since it is a start-up, it is still in the process of establishing processes. Hence, some hiccups at work might be there but everyone is working to improve them. No one is just sitting on it. 4. Better onboarding process is expected from the HR team 5. Performance Management System could be better. The HR team should guide the employees and not just let us fend for ourselves 6. Limited career growth opportunities
