Can learn about fintech, and also work with new technologies for .net

Cons

Strict work timings with a lot of pressure from upper management rather than the team lead, the management is very much strict and dont provide any work from home. No flexible working is given for employees and thus it is considered as a jail No leaves for new joinees for 6 months, during probation is the worst thing ever heard from a company perspective

Management was unorganized and communication between teams was poor. Work expectations were often unclear and deadlines were unrealistic. Limited support for developers and lack of proper project planning created unnecessary stress.
